With these contemporary catering aprons, we want to extend the creative world of the chef into the presentation of the staff. We are therefore very proud that the three star chefs of Tongeren - Jo Grootaers from Altermezzo, Jan Menten from De Mijlpaal and Dimitry Lysens from Magis - are taking part in our apron story. They each chose their favorite apron that they personalized according to their choice, so that it matches the style of their kitchen and the image of their restaurant. The name of each apron line is linked to the culinary city that inspires every star chef: Barcelona (Jo Grootaers), San Sebastian (Jan Menten) and Kopenhagen (Dimitry Lysens).
