Overview of the Promotion

This launch promotion consists of three types of benefits that differ legally and practically. These regulations primarily govern the competition. The giveaway and the launch discount are commercial promotions and are listed separately for clarity.

A. Competition (these regulations)

Winners are determined via a knowledge question and a tie-breaker question — not by drawing lots. Participation is free and does not require a purchase.

• B2B restaurant track: purchase budget as prize.
• B2B reseller track: personal, one-time discount code as prize.
• B2C track: set of placemats via personal, one-time discount code as prize.

B. Giveaway (for consumers only)

• 150 bread baskets — an extra with every order, while supplies last. No participation or regulations required.

C. Launch discount (commercial promotion, not a competition)

• 15% discount code, one-time per customer, not combinable with other promotions or prizes from this promotion.

Article 2 — Duration

The promotion runs from September 8, 2026, up to and including September 20, 2026 (11:59 PM). Entries after this period will not be considered.

The winners will be announced on September 21 or 22, 2026.

Article 3 — Participation Conditions

• Participation is free and does not require a purchase.
• Participation is via the entry form on the relevant promotion page (B2B restaurant, B2B reseller, or B2C).
• Each participant may participate once per track.
• Liking, following, sharing, or tagging is not a condition for participation.
• Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over.
• Participation is open to residents of the Benelux.
• The B2B tracks (restaurant and reseller) are open to both existing and new customers.
• Participants in the B2B tracks are required to enter their company name and VAT number. The organizer verifies this when determining the winners (see Article 6).

Article 4 — Determining the Winners

Winners are determined based on a knowledge question and a tie-breaker question. There is no draw.

Those who answer the knowledge question incorrectly will not be considered. The knowledge question is:

Tie-breaker Question

How many valid entries does this competition have in total at the time of closing (September 20, 2026, 11:59 PM)?

Participants who answered the knowledge question correctly will be ranked based on how close their estimate is to the actual number of valid entries. The closest estimates win. The correct answer is only determined after closing, excluding any element of chance.

In case of a tie (equal estimate), the time of entry decides: the earliest submission takes precedence.

Article 5 — The Prizes

• Purchase budget (B2B restaurant): to be spent on Pavelinni products. Not redeemable for cash.
• Discount codes (B2B reseller): personal and one-time. Valid on the entire shopping cart, on top of the reseller price tier.
• Placemat sets (B2C): personal, one-time code, without purchase obligation.

Codes and purchase budgets remain valid until December 20, 2026, after allocation. There is no minimum order value.

No prize or code is combinable with the launch discount (15%) or with other ongoing promotions.

Article 6 — Announcement and Handling

The winners will be contacted personally on September 21 or 22, 2026, via the email address provided. The organizer (Pavelinni | Katza Group BVBA) will contact the winners and arrange for the delivery of the prizes.

The organizer will go through the ranking from top to bottom. For each B2B candidate, the VAT number will be verified before the prize is awarded. If an entry is invalid (invalid or non-business VAT number), or if a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the prize will pass to the next valid participant in the ranking.

Article 7 — Personal Data (GDPR)

The data controller is Pavelinni | Katza Group BVBA, Prinsenweg 9 bus 25, B-3700 Tongeren.

The personal data provided by participants will only be used for the organization and handling of this competition.

• Processed data: name, email address, and the answers to the questions.
• Participant data will be stored for up to 6 months after the end of the promotion and then deleted, with the exception of data that must be legally retained for longer (e.g., fiscal data of winners).
• Subscribing to the newsletter is optional (separate checkbox) and not a condition for participation. Those who subscribe will remain on the newsletter list until they unsubscribe — this is a separate processing.
• Participant data will not be used for marketing unless separate consent has been given for this.
• Data will not be passed on to third parties.

Article 8 — Independence of the Platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook (Meta), or LinkedIn, and is not associated with these platforms. Questions about the promotion should be directed to the organizer, not to the platform.

Article 9 — General Provisions

• By participating, the participant fully accepts these regulations.
• The organizer may change, suspend, or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, without this giving rise to any compensation.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
• Belgian law applies to these regulations.
